Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented BMJ LLC, a private investment group, in executing one (1) new lease and two (2) lease renewals at the Huntley Square Retail/Office Complex located in Carpentersville, Illinois. First, Sequoia has signed a new two (2) year lease for Chicagoland Transportation Solutions for 1,100 square feet of upper floor office space. The tenant is relocating their operation from another suburb to take advantage of the location and value of the Huntley Square property.
Next, Sequoia has executed a lease renewal with All American Cash Advance for its existing retail operation at the complex. All American, who has been a tenant at the property for over ten (10) years, executed a two (2) year renewal to remain at the property.
Finally, Advanced Dental Ceramics executed a one (1) year lease renewal for their office space at the complex. The tenant, which provides dental laboratory services, has been a long-term tenant in the complex and stated that the underground parking and strong management of the complex by Sequoia Realty Group were determining factors in their decision to remain at the property.
