Sequoia Realty Group is currently making acquisitions of small to mid size industrial real estate assets in various key markets in the United States . Sequoia targets double digit leveraged returns for each acquisition . Sequoia prefers a long term hold strategy.
The Principals of Sequoia invest their own funds in each acquisition . On a limited basis Sequoia will make opportunities available for outside investor capital to partner with Sequoia for acquisitions from institutional capital, family offices or individual qualified investors.

Development Services
Sequoia Realty Group brings over three decades of extensive real estate development experience to provide development services to their clients. Sequoia pursues industrial development for its own account as well as providing development services to third parties for their own developments.
