Responsibilities

  • Maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and tenant support.
  • Manage inbound/outbound property-related calls
  • Formulate work orders as needed and conduct service follow-up
  • Prepare RFPs as needed
  • Evaluate proposals and organize estimates for presentation to ownership
  • Conduct periodic site visits and initiate action to correct janitorial and maintenance deficiencies noted during these inspections
  • Execute and manage service contracts
  • Schedule and facilitate all required fire safety system testing
  • Prepare annual operating budget
  • Monitor contractor performance
  • Monitor A/R for all properties
  • Day-to-day financial management of properties and maintenance of all necessary financial records and files
  • Collaborate with the accounting staff to prepare and distribute financial reporting to ownership
  • Prepare for meetings and appropriately follow up on meeting minutes, distributing meeting notes with items discussed, designating action items, who is responsible for each task, and when expected completion is anticipated
  • Know and adhere to the covenants and by-laws, and/or lease specifications for each property
  • Establish and maintain outstanding customer relations with ownership and tenants
  • Supervise vendor performance and take necessary action as appropriate
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Must have recent real estate management experience. College degree preferred.
