Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented DJK Kingery Group in the purchase of two properties to complete a 1031 tax-deferred exchange. The first property is the Bridgestone Firestone facility located on Plainfield Road in Joliet, Illinois. The facility opened in 2009 and the tenant has signed a long-term triple net lease for the property. The second purchase is the 1828 Bay Scott Circle building in Naperville, Illinois. This multi-tenant medical office building is fully leased to three long-term tenants. The purchasers were drawn to the facility due to its outstanding location and solid tenant mix. Sequoia represented both the buyers and the sellers in this transaction.
