Sequoia Realty Group Represents CIT Small Business Lending Corporation in Dispositions of Two Properties

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented CIT Small Business Lending Corporation in the sale of two (2) properties. The first property is a vacant fast food restaurant facility located at 105 Stark Drive in Carol Stream, Illinois. The fully equipped restaurant building was sold to a private party who intends to convert it to a new fast food concept.

The second sale was a medical condominium unit located at 28369 Davis Parkway in the Cantera Lakes Office Condominium project in Warrenville, Illinois. The 1,600 square foot unit was purchased by a financial planning firm relocating from existing offices.
