Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm has been retained to provide receivership services on behalf of Ridgestone Bank for an 11,000 square foot retail property in Glenview which has fallen into default. Sequoia will provide property management, financial services and asset preservation services for the property.
Sequoia has also been awarded the property management assignment for a failed 60 acre residential development in Kankakee on behalf of Schaumburg Bank and Trust. Sequoia will be providing property management, maintenance and asset preservation services for the property.
These two (2) assignments add to Sequoia’s growing niche of providing Receivership and Bank OREO support services. Mark Levy explains “that in today’s environment, more and more lenders are utilizing the services and experience of Sequoia Realty Group to handle these assignments. Sequoia’s experience and depth of services are invaluable in assisting the lenders in protecting the property and achieving the maximum value for the properties they acquire through default.”
