A private investor has purchased Suite 101, an 8,644 square foot office condominium. The investor plans to occupy a portion of the unit and will look to subdivide the space to accommodate other tenants. In the second sale, unit 115, which measures 6,930 square feet, was sold to a technology firm that will be expanding from its current Naperville location. The space offers the company the ability to upgrade their working environment to attract and retain more talent. Sequoia has now completed 8 transactions in the 1730 Park Street building over the past 24 months.
