Sequoia Realty Group Announces New Property Management Assignments in Bloomingdale, IL and Chicago,IL

December 2020: Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm has been retained to provide property management services for two investment properties owned by a private family partnership. The first property is a net leased ALDI store located the intersection of Army Trail Road and Madsen Drive in Bloomingdale.  This 20,388 square foot retail building was purchased as a long-term investment by a private party. The second property is located at 1130 South Canal Street in Chicago. This 23,425 square foot net leased property is occupied by Staples Office Supplies and Chase Bank.  Sequoia has been retained to provide financial and facility management services to the properties and to initiate a number of capital improvement projects to the Chicago property to enhance the value.
