Mark Levy, President and Managing Broker of Sequoia Realty Group, announces the firm has completed a Bartlett net leased condominium sale to an out-of-town investor. The 7,040 commercial condominium is 100% leased to Derrick Dermatology on a long-term lease. The property was put under contract only 75 days after Sequoia started marketing. Sequoia’s ability to advertise the property on a national scale helped expedite the process and widen the pool of interested parties. This represents the fourth transaction Mr. Levy has completed on behalf of the Seller, a private investment group.
