Sequoia Realty Group Completes Four Leases at the Willowbrook Office Park

Sequoia Realty Group has announced that the firm has completed four leases in the Willowbrook Office Park complex on Route 83.  In the first transaction, Sequoia represented both ownership and the tenant in two leases at 6745-6747 Kingery Highway. Layersaver, LLC leased 1529 square feet under a two year term and Vonoa has 2,185 square feet in a five year deal. These leases bring this building to 100% occupancy. In the third transaction, at 6725-6727 Kingery Highway, Sequoia represented both ownership and the tenats in two leases.

Sequoia Realty Group Represents Healthcare Solutions Network In Expansion

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented Healthcare Solutions Network in its recent sublease of 7,000 square feet of office space at 1910 South Highland Avenue in Lombard, Illinois The lease represents an expansion for the firm and provides space for future growth. The office sublease was for a two year term in a turn-key space, including furniture and phone and data. The building is located adjacent to Healthcare Solutions main office in the 1900 South Highland building.

Sequoia Realty Group Represents DJK Kingery in Building Aquisition

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented DJK Kingery Group in the purchase of two properties to complete a 1031 tax deferred exchange. The first property is the Bridgestone Firestone facility located on Plainfield Road in Joliet, Illinois. The facility opened in 2009 and the tenant has signed a long term triple net lease for the property.   The second purchase is the 1828 Bay Scott Circle building in Naperville, Illinois. This multi-tenant medical office building is fully leased to three long term tenants.

Sequoia Realty Group Represents Quest Food Service Management in Aquisition

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented Quest Food Service Management in its purchase of a 3,900 square foot office condominium unit located at 2500 South Highland Avenue in Lombard, Illinois.  The purchase represents an expansion and relocation for the firm. The office condominium will be built-out to provide Quest with a more functional office environment and the ability to expand its staff.  Quest provides food management services for school districts throughout suburban Chicago.

Sequoia Realty Group Represents Hamburg Management Services in Building Disposition

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented Hamburg Management Services in the sale of 3104 Farber Drive in Champaign, Illinois. The 48,000 square foot warehouse formerly housed the wholesale operation for Hamburg Distributing Company. Most recently, the facility had been leased to another wholesale distribution firm. The purchaser, TSI, plans to renovate the facility and move the corporate offices, showroom and warehousing of its flooring operation into the facility.
