Sequoia Realty Group Represents CIT Small Business Lending Corporation in Dispositions of Two Properties

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented CIT Small Business Lending Corporation in the sale of two (2) properties.  The first property is a vacant restaurant and banquet facility located at 3501 Channahon Road in Joliet, Illinois.  The fully equipped restaurant building, plus a single family home, sits on 4.27 acres of land.  The property was sold to a private party who intends to refurbish the property and reopen under a new name.

Sequoia Realty Group Represents DJK Real Estate Investments Group in New Lease

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented DJK Real Estate Investments in the lease of a 7,200 square foot warehouse unit located at 7585 South Madison in Burr Ridge, Illinois. The new tenant, Upper Midwest Sealcoat, will use the facility for manufacturing and distribution of its product.  The tenant was represented by David Pernice of Newmark Knight Frank Epic.

Sequoia Realty Group Represents 1816 Bay Scott Circle LLC in New Lease

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented 1816 Bay Scott Circle, LLC in the lease of 2,240 square foot office medical office space located at 1816 Bay Scott Circle in Naperville, Illinois.  The new tenant, Generations Family Medicine, is relocating and expanding to this facility from Oswego.  This lease brings this building to 100% occupancy.

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented DJK Real Estate Group in the lease of a 2,185 square foot office unit located at 6745 Kingery Highway in Willowbrook, Illinois. The new tenant, Progress in Planning, Inc., relocated to this facility from LaGrange and is utilizing the space as its new corporate office.
