Sequoia Realty Group Represents Private Family Trust on Office Sale

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented a private family trust in the sale of 650 Devon Avenue, Suite 170, in Itasca, Illinois.  This 3,300 square foot office condominium was purchased by the Transport Workers Union, who was represented by Edward Schwartz of Bradford Allen.  The union is relocating to this facility from another Itasca location.  650 Devon is a 57,000 square foot office condominium development which is currently managed by Sequoia Realty Group, a full service commercial brokerage and property man

Sequoia Realty Group Represents BMJ LLC in Executing and Renewing Three Leases at Huntley Square Complex

Mark Levy, President of Sequoia Realty Group, has announced that the firm represented BMJ LLC, a private investment group, in executing one (1) new lease and two (2) lease renewals at the Huntley Square Retail/Office Complex located in Carpentersville, Illinois.  First, Sequoia has signed a new two (2) year lease for Chicagoland Transportation Solutions for 1,100 square feet of upper floor office space.  The tenant is relocating their operation from another suburb to take advantage of the location and value of the Huntley Square property.
