Childs Voice School

Sequoia Realty Group provided site search, facility analysis, project management and brokerage services on behalf of Childs Voice School in their purchase of a 15,000 square foot single-story office building in Wood Dale, Illinois for the location of this institution for hearing impaired children. Sequoia's project management services were utilized to convert this former sales office into a highly specialized building with anti-static materials, sound proof rooms, an audiology department and administrative offices. Services included, preparation of bid packages for the construction contract, construction management, project oversight, and financial management.

Woodfield Corporate Center

Seqoia Realty Group was engaged to re-establish the Woodfield Corporate Center Property Owner's Association. The assignment included creating a new Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, re-allocating the responsibilities relative to the common area landscaping and cross easements, eliminating and outdated signage program with the Village of Schaumburg, and putting new rules and regulations in place to handle the day to day operations within the business park.
